The Cuban Blend Skillet Chicken Dinner
Ingredients
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Heat oil in skillet
Season chicken on both sides with 2 tablespoons of Kinder’s The Cuban Blend
When skillet is hot, place chicken skin-side down and sear for 3-4 minutes until skin is golden brown.
Flip chicken and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet.
Add potatoes to skillet, season with 2 tablespoons Kinder’s The Cuban Blend and cook for 5-7 minutes to develop color.
Add zucchini and squash to skillet
Add chicken (skin-side up) back to skillet on top of veggies, and bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165ºF.
Chile Verde Skillet Pork Chop Dinner
Ingredients
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Heat oil in skillet.
Season pork chops on both sides with Kinder’s Chile Verde Rub.
When skillet is hot, place chops in skillet and sear until golden brown, about 4 minutes.
Flip chops and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Remove chops from skillet.
Add potatoes to skillet, season with 2 tablespoons Kinder’s Chile Verde Rub and cook for 5-7 minutes to develop color.
Add zucchini and squash to skillet.
Add chops back to skillet on top of veggies, and bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until pork has reached an internal temperature of 145ºF.
