Grilled Asparagus with The Blend  

Yield:  4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 Bunches Fresh Asparagus (preferably jumbo)

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning

Directions

  1. Wash asparagus and trim “woody” bottoms.

  2. Utilizing hands evenly coat with olive oil.

  3. Evenly distribute Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning over the asparagus.

  4. Toss with hands to ensure even distribution.

  5. Place asparagus spears on grill with floral tip pointing away from direct heat to insure “thicker” bottoms cook more evenly.

  6. Flip half way through.

  7. Asparagus are done when tender to the bite.

Hickory Molasses Rubbed Bone in Pork Chop

Yield:  2 1lb. Pork Chops

Degree of Difficulty: Easy

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Bake Time:  20 Minutes

Total Time:  25 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Each Double Bone in Pork Chops

  • 3 Tablespoons Kinder’s Hickory Molasses Rub

  • 2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil

Directions

  1. Season both sides of pork chop with Kinder’s Hickory Molasses Rub.

  2. Warm up grill and allow pork to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

  3. Coat pork evenly with oil.

  4. Grill evenly on both sides, not over direct heat, and allow to lightly char.

  5. Flip ½ way through and cook pork to internal temperature of 140F.
