Bourbon Peach Pork Chop 

Ingredients

  • Four (1) inch thick boneless pork chops

  • 2 tbsp Kinder's Bourbon Peach

Directions

Step 1: Preheat flat top or skillet to high heat, season four chops with 1/2 tbsp each of Bourbon Peach .
Step 2: Once flat top or skillet is hot, press chops to create a good sear and cook for 5 minutes or until desired sear level is reached.
Step 3: After desired sear is reached, flip chops and reduce heat to medium, cooking until internal temp in the center of chop reaches 145. Remove chops and allow 5 minutes to rest.

Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers
with Woodfired Garlic Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. mini sweet peppers

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature

  • 3-5 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 cup shredded jack and cheddar cheese blend

  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon Woodfired Garlic Seasoning

Directions

Step 1: Cut 2lbs mini sweet peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and ribs.
Step 2: Combine 8 oz. softened cream cheese with 1 cup shredded cheddar/jack blend, a half jalapeno finely chopped, 1 tablespoon Woodfired Garlic Seasoning, and crumbled bacon.
Step 3: Once well mixed, add mixture to each pepper half.
Step 4: Bake in air fryer at 400 for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly.
