Sour Cream, Mushroom
& Easy Onion Chicken

This one pan creamy chicken dish will please everyone! Jam packed with ALL of the flavor!

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts or thighs, cut in half 1 tsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic or 1 tsp Spice World Squeezable Garlic 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp butter ½ cup Spice World Easy Onion ½ cup chicken broth 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 cup reduced fat sour cream ½ cup mushrooms

Instructions

Add olive oil and half of the butter to the pan and heat over medium-high heat until warm
Add the chicken, cooking it for 5-6 minutes per side and set aside
Decrease the heat to medium and add in the rest of the butter, mushrooms, and Easy Onion. Sauté until mixture is soft and browned
Stir in minced garlic, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce
Mix in sour cream until sauce is smooth
Add the cooked chicken to the skillet, tossing with the sauce
